1. Before considering any work out, check with your physician to make sure you’re healthy enough to exercise.
2. Maintenance: Every 2-4 months you may need to simply spray or apply a few drops of lubricant (WD-40 or 3-in-1 Oil) on the steel shafts or on the ball bearings inside each handle.  Place the handle onto the bar and move side-to-side a few times. Remove excess oil on the bar with a towel. The handles will slide much easier.
